MIKE SULLIVAN  | FOUNDER

With nearly 20 years of investment, banking, and finance experience across Australia and the US Mike brings a unique perspective to clients’ financial affairs. Experienced working with blue chip companies to start-ups across across industry verticals, Mike is able to tailor guidance and advice drawn from a track record of delivery in the financial services sector. After starting in wealth management at Ferris, Baker Watts in Baltimore, Maryland in 2002, Mike moved to Equity Capital Markets at Fortrend Securities in Melbourne, Australia. Two years later, he joined NAB. After 11 years working across the business bank at NAB, Mike has been running his own consulting business’ since 2018. . At University, Mike received a BBA in Finance from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.

ANDREW BOUPHAPHANH  | FOUNDER

Andrew Bouphaphanh is the Deals Business Leader at Epic Capital Partners, responsible for running the Australian Commercial Deals. Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in finance with a particular focus on property finance, which included 11 years as a Business Banking Executive at NAB managing a team of 25 high-performance bankers in various businesses including Asian banking clients. Previous to this, Andrew spent eight years working as a relationship manager in the mid-market segment of NAB. Andrew is passionate about relationships with his clients and teams which provide him with a great source of energy and motivation. He is married to Sue and has 3 children, Vanessa, Karen, and Joshua.

BRADLEY BAN  | PARTNER

Bradley has over 16 years’ experience in Business & Private banking with responsibility for the management and growth of a portfolio of commercial clients.Bradley has in depth understanding of SMEs & their financing needs, with demonstrated ability to provide tailored solutions to enterprises that enables owners to build sustainable & high performing businesses. Bradley has spent the last 6 years at one of the Big 4 Australian banks as a Senior Business Banking Manager, predominantly focused on inbound Asian property investment and construction lending transactions.

Bradley holds a Bachelor of Economic & Finance degree with an Accounting major, and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance.

With over 19 years’ experience within the Finance / Accounting industry, providing banking and financial solutions to business owners. Extensive experience, with clients operating in all segments of the economy, at all business life stages, and through various economic cycles. A service-focused professional, helping clients achieve their business and personal goals for nearing two decades, generating long-lasting relationships built on trust. Based in Melbourne and working with clients that have a national footprint.

Mick holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting & Management Degree from Swinburne University, Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management from AAMC.

NICK KOUMANTATAKIS  | PARTNER

Nick has worked in finance for 6 years, primarily as a Business Banker with NAB. He has experience with a diverse range of businesses and has first hand knowledge of the challenges facing many of today’s small businesses. Nick’s focus is on providing exceptional communication and outcomes for his clients. He holds a Masters of Commerce (Finance & Financial Planning) and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from The University of Melbourne.
